Terms of Service

General terms for use of the BLUN platform and BLUN products.

1. Scope

These terms apply to contracts between Mayk Biletti · Sportplatzgasse 32b · 2443 Leithaprodersdorf · Österreich ("BLUN") and users of the BLUN platform and its subdomains.

2. Contract formation

A contract is formed when registration is completed. Paid plans are governed by the prices shown on the relevant BLUN pricing surface.

3. Services

BLUN provides software-as-a-service products. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance where practical.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless shown otherwise. Billing is monthly with automatic renewal. Payments are processed through Stripe.

5. Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled at month end. Annual plans can be cancelled at the end of the term. Cancellation is available in the app or by email to legal@blun.ai.

6. User obligations

Users must not misuse the service for spam, illegal content, abusive scraping, or activity that violates applicable law. BLUN may suspend access for violations.

7. Liability

BLUN is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to typical contractual damages and capped at 12 monthly fees.

9. Final provisions

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, where legally permitted.
