What does 25,000 subscribers really cost?
One number, no asterisks. We work it out the way an honest spreadsheet would: pick the right tier, divide by the sends, look at the cents. No FX markup on payouts (your billing runs through Stripe at interbank rates), no per-email surcharge above the cap.

Pricing, plainly.
What counts as a subscriber?
Only contacts that have explicit GDPR opt-in for marketing. Bounced and unsubscribed addresses do not count toward your tier limit — you can keep them in your audit log without ever paying for them again. Imported lists are checked at import time and only opted-in records add to your active count.
Are there per-email fees?
No. Your monthly tier covers all sends within the cap. There are no per-email surcharges, no metered overages on Growth or Business. If you outgrow your cap, the dashboard nudges you to the next tier — you choose whether and when to upgrade.
Where does my data live?
All sending and storage runs on Hetzner servers in Germany — Nuremberg and Falkenstein. No US transfers in the default flow. You can pin your region in the dashboard and every export carries the region tag. See Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then drops to Free automatically. No penalty, no clawback on already-sent campaigns. You keep your audience, your templates, and your analytics history — they just become read-only above the Free tier limits.
What's the MCP server access?
pulsemail exposes a Mnemo Connect endpoint your AI agents can connect to with a typed tool surface: list_lists, list_subscribers, send_campaign, build_block, and schedule_send. An agent can draft a newsletter, render the blocks, and schedule the send without ever leaving its loop. Included on the Business tier.
Do you charge for inactive subscribers?
No. Only active opted-in contacts count toward your tier. Inactives, bounces, and unsubscribes are free to keep for audit purposes — and we never re-add them to a campaign. Hygiene runs automatically before every send so you don't pay for ghosts.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. For audiences over 100,000 subscribers, email blun.ai.app@gmail.com for a custom Enterprise quote with dedicated IP allocations, custom DPA, and tailored SLA. We typically reply within one business day from Vienna.
